Soundcloud is an online service,  like a social network  for discovering and sharing music files.  To make the best use of Soundcloud, you need an account.

Creating a SoundCloud account is easy as pie.  Go to the sign up page at.  https://soundcloud.com/signup

There are three ways to sign up for an account.  With an email address and password combination,  or you can use either your Google or Facebook account to sign in for an account.

When  you choose either Facebook or Google to sign in to SoundCloud,  the online service will require you to use the login details of Facebook or Google respectively.  You have to authorize SoundCloud to access your Facebook (or Google)  profile information.  You can also choose whether you want SoundCloud to post your activities  for you on your Facebook or Google+ account.

Signing up with the email and password option is easy.  Enter a working email address and a good password.  Repeat the password in the space provided.  A confirmation email will be sent to the address you’ve provided.  Go to your email and click on the confirmation link to verify.
