Maybe your phone has been acting up and it’s not working as it’s supposed to. Performing a factory reset might help get rid of the problem your device is encountering.

You may also want to reset your Google Pixel 6a if you’re planning to sell it to someone or giving out to friends or family. Factory reset will restore it back to the way it was when you first got it, meaning all data, and personal information will be deleted from the phone’s memory.

How To Factory Reset Google Pixel 6a

First, go to Settings on the home screen or app drawer, then scroll down and tap on System. Next, tap on Reset Options. This will give you a couple of options.

Then tap on Erase all data(factory reset). You will see a brief description of what will happen if you decide to erase all data. Tap on Erase all data, then tap on Erase all data to confirm the process. All your data will be erased from the phone.
