You might have Bluetooth devices saved on your phone that you no longer use. You can simply remove them from your Bluetooth-saved devices.

First launch Settings then tap on Connections on the settings page. Next click on Bluetooth. This will show you the devices that are currently paired on your Galaxy A23. 

Next, find the device that you’d like to remove from the list and tap the gear icon beside it. Tap on Unpair at the bottom right of the page, then tap on Unpair to remove the selected device.
