Unfortunately, to achieve this feat, you will need to hide all of your content from everyone but your followers.
How To Hide Likes On Twitter
Click on the gear icon for Settings. Under this option, open the Privacy and Safety option and then tick the box next to the Protect My tweets option.
Once you click Save Changes, all your tweets including the ones you have Liked will not be accessible to those that do not follow you on this platform.
