Under the Security Checks category, tap on the Where You’re Logged In option. You will be redirected to a page where you can select the account you want to monitor between Instagram and Facebook.

Tap on the Instagram username, under the Accounts section. Here, you will see your account login activity. This will be a list of devices you’re logged in with or had previously logged in with.


At the very top should be the current device you’re logged in to, labelled This Device. You will also see a list of Logins on other devices. This data is accompanied by the name of the device, location, date and time of the login.

Scroll to the very bottom of the list and tap on Select Devices to Log Out. Check any number of boxes for the devices you want to log out Instagram on.
