Whatsapp is a very useful app in. more ways than you think. It’s not only a messenger that can send and receive multimedia. You can make it more than that. The possibilities are endless.

There are many times I’ve sent someone a whatsapp message because I wanted to save a shopping list, an image, a video or even a link to go through later.

Now you don’t have to go through this awkward process because you can send a Whatsapp message to yourself! Here’s the simple process of how to do it!

The only way to start this is through Whatsapp web. This means the web interface on a browser either on your computer or on your smartphone.

Simply launch your favorite browser and go to this URL: wa.me//91xxxxxxxxxx

Replace the xxxx with your phone number. Make sure you include the country code in your phone number. You’ll be prompted to open Whatsapp. On mobile, the Whatsapp app will be launched with a chat to your number open. You can start by sending yourself a small message to make sure that chat Windows will always be available in your recent chats.

From there you can send messages, files and links to yourself and use whatsapp as your free cloud storage of your files and access them on multiple devices!
