Enable AssistiveTouch
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to select Accessibility.

Tap on Touch, then select AssistiveTouch and enable the toggle to turn it on. (A floating button will appear on your screen.)


Use AssistiveTouch to Restart
