With smartphones becoming very popular and being a part of our lives today, Android smartphones have become the most used devices in the world. Sometimes a hard reset can be necessary if you wish to sell your device, maybe a drop in performance on your phone, or even in worst cases, a forgotten password or pin.
You’ll need to perform a reset if you can’t remember the password or pattern on your phone. Luckily, the process these days is simple because, with just a push of two buttons, you can simply perform a hard reset. However, it might differ with different phones. Below are steps to perform a hard reset on Samsung Galaxy A03s.
How To Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy A03s
Firstly, make sure you have enough battery charge on your phone. If not, make sure to plug it into a power source before you begin this process.
Next, hold the power button and volume down button until the screen goes off. This will turn the phone off. After three or five seconds, release the volume down button and hold the volume up button until the Samsung logo appears.
Once the logo appears, release the power button and keep holding the volume up button. This will get you to the Android recovery mode of your Samsung Galaxy A03s.
Next, using the volume buttons, navigate through the menu, then select Wipe data/factory reset using the power button. You will receive a warning that the action cannot be undone. Select Factory data reset to proceed.
Once the process is complete, you can now select Reboot system now and the phone will be restarted. It might take a few seconds but once it’s done, follow the instructions provided to set up your device again. You’ve successfully performed a hard reset on your Samsung Galaxy A03s.
